Auction Theme Baskets. Due by Feb. 29th!

• All procured items are subject to auction committee approval. Contact us if you aren't sure if an item will be accepted.
• Don't Wait until the last minute to turn in your procured items!
• We can only accept a limited number of the same item. For example, if we try to auction 24 dinner parties, they will sell for a very small amount, It's all about supply and demand!
• It isn't necessary to purchase the items directly (although that works too). Tap into your network of friends and relatives - what types of donations can you procure from them. Print the procurement form and procurement letter and drop it off at local businesses.
• Get your forms in early! It's first come, first served in terms of number of same items.

• Unique experiences for kids - Vet, Doctor, Scientist for a day
• Unique experiences for adults - Tickets to Oprah, VIP Movie Premiere,
  Walk-on part in play or movie
• Tickets to sporting and cultural events
• Wine and wine tasting events
• Behind-the-scenes tours and experiences
• Trips - weekend getaways (especially within the Northwest),
  trips during school vacations
• Parties for adults, kids, families

No Thank You

• Anything that is used. (All donations must be in new and mint condition.)
• Anything that requires an additional purchase (i.e. A certificate good for a birthday party but you have to pay for all ceramics)
• Airline miles
• Houseware items (dishes, rugs, etc)
• Clothing (Ask for a gift card from the business instead!)
• Professional services
• Haircuts (Consider getting a donation of a gift card that can be used for hair or spa services)
• Financial, Brokerage or Insurance Services (Most firms will be happy to make a monetary donation. Perhaps they would like to be a sponsor and receive mention on our website and/or catalog. Contact auction@rentonchristian.org for more info on sponsorships)
• Dental and Medical Services (exception skincare, dermatology, spa services). Most families have a favorite dentist or physician and these services are very hard to sell.
